Very nice when calling to schedule initial services. But honestly really poor customer service after treatment was done. I had someone come out to spray the exterior & voiced my concerns about having a mass of ant piles throughout our backyard. I was told that the professionals would thoroughly walk through the yard and spray visible piles & remove spider webs spray for spider etc. I was also told that it could take up to 3 days for ants to be gone. I set up an appointment for them to come to the house to take care of some large wasp nests way up high that I was not sure I'd be able to eradicate myself! They communicated very well and even took time to address some ant mounds that I didn't see or call on. They were great!
Good communication. Very pleasant staff. Very effective, I saw an immediate difference in the amount of bugs hanging around the house. Sorry to see the caterpillars die but they were EVERYWHERE.
I used this company because they did my va terminte inspection. Signed up for the bi monthly service which includes rodent control Here is the catch there's a one time fee for the equipment which is 60 dollars. Of course this was never explained to me before. Read the fine print.
