David is the greatest he takes the time to explain thing out for as he is going through the house he is inspecting. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs there house inspected.
David was very thorough and professional. He responded right away to my initial request for an appointment, and was very clear and transparent throughout the process. I feel confident that with his input, I will be making a very informed purchase decision.

David gave a very thorough inspection for a property I was interested in. I'm glad I went with David because for my previous property, the inspector brushed over everything quickly and didn't even spend an hour on the inspection. David took over 2 hours for a smaller property and went top to bottom, inside and outside.
