Dave is a true expert! He took time to explain everything he was looking for/found to my wife and I. He was honest and fair, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. If you need a home inspection, Dave is the guy to call!
We have used Dave on two properties. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything that we were looking at in detail and helped us understand which issues were minor and which were more major. His complete and thorough report saved us from buying a house needing thousands in repairs that we wouldn't have known about.
