Scheduled an appointment for 5 pm they have a grace period of 10 min I showed up at 5:10 and The receptionist went and asked Dr. Julia Velasquez If they would see me and she wouldn’t I actually heard her in the back of the office shout, I’m leaving! why even schedule late appointments if you won’t see the customer?? It’s YOUR grace period! Never again!
My experience with MyEyeDt was great! Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful.
Because of traffic, I was just little bit late and refused of appointment after just 1 min over their grace period…guess they don’t value customers as much.
All I can say is WoW...I am incredibly pleased with this place in North Richland Hills on Precinct Line Rd...From the moment I opened the door I was treated like a KING...Everything from the reception area to the pre-exam to Julia Velasquez, OD for the exam and then to the fitting area was thorough, relaxed and seamless.
