Rude, unprofessional, and unkind. Will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office as you do not get to behave like this to customers.
Very pleasant and easy to work with. Friendly people all around who are trying to help in any way possible.
Just rude they always have a attitude don’t even let you finish speaking or let them know what you are calling for before they just hang up on you mid conversation. PLEASE MAKE SURE to record your calls and get receipts very unprofessional place ! The manager or supervisor isn’t any better either !
Not very nice or understanding. Bill in question is a FRAUD. SPOKE TO HOSPITAL who verified tests not ordered by doctor. The fake bill originally came 2 years after the hospital visit. If calls continue to me. I will file a complaint and suit
Hannah from collections was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me and when asked to speak w the HR department they did not forward the information. I found it and left a message anyways and I also emailed in regarding her and I am also going to report them to BBB. Super unprofessional and the young lady who answered after her was extremely condescending.
