We had Advanced Windows replace all the windows in our home 3 years ago. The bedrooms were replaced with the double hung tilt out windows they offer. It only took a few months till the Box Elder bugs were coming through them in droves while closed. This continues to this day every Box Elder bug season. I was told by Advanced that the nature of these windows makes them not airtight and allows bugs to enter and there is nothing they could (would) do. That sounds like faulty window design to me! We had 17 windows installed in a 50 year old home. From our first meeting with Ken to our fantastic installers, John and Dale everything went great. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. The windows look great and have really given the house an upgrade. We are looking forward the the lower heat and cooling bills.

Had over 2 dozen installed and made a Hugh difference in keeping out the winter cold and summer heat! I was worried i could not afford nice new windows. Advanced offered 60 month no interest and they did such an amazing job. Sim was quick and efficient! Could not be happier not to mention I can clean them from the inside of my home. Yay!!!!!!
Our windows are looking really bad after a few years. I think the quality is poor. We had a bad experience when our large home was done (over 25 windows). The windows just look dirty and they are not. They have something weird going on with them.
