My son loved it first time there the best thing is they accept Medicaid and you know how they give you those ugly god-forsaken glasses well they actually hooked my son up with very nice glasses and they were. Paid by Medicaid so he loved them.. And everybody that worked there was very polite

Wait wait wait.....staff seems to be friendly, but had to wait all 3 visits! Why 3 visits? Took that many return visits before someone realized my prescription was incorrect!!!
This is the second time I've used this optometrist. He is excellent and knowledgeable. A very lovable man with a great personality as well. However, he bit off more than he can chew by spreading his office staff thin while opening a secondary location. My husband and I spent $80 dollars on transitions for our son. They were never done and we had to ask for a return. I just picked up contacts that were supposed to have a rebate. They are the wrong contacts and wrong diameter as well. They are $30 a box. Today was my second visit to Advanced Vision Institute. I love the staff! They are extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! The Summerlin location is so clean and inviting! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
Just went today to get my eyes checked out. The staff was so very nice and friendly. Doctor Brooker was really nice and took his time. He found out things that no other doctor could have told me. It was overall just an amazing experience and I plan on going there for all my eye care needs for a very very long time!
