Haven’t been to an optometrist in about 10 years, thought I should go for a general checkup. Glad I went! Everything was great, Dr. Brooker was awesome. They answered all of my questions. Pricing wasn’t bad seeing I didn’t have eye insurance. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

On March 15th 2019 I went to Advanced Vision Institute on Eastern with my fiance for an eye exam I had scheduled just a day or two before. We arrived early and went into the office expecting to fill out paperwork as it was my first time there as a patient. My fiance had an appointment there in 2017. Do not visit the Summerlin location. I ordered contacts a few months ago only to be told they forgot to order them. I re-ordered them a month ago and am now being told they are on back order and they have no idea when they will arrive? I visited the office again today and they could not even find my file. I've contacted my insurance company at this point because they do not deserve a dime of my money or benefits.
