Dr. Baker is a warm and caring person who is extremely thorough. I have been in her care since she first came to Victoria and I have been very satisfied with the level of care that I have received. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff.
Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:45 appointment for glasses. I was moved into a room at 8:30. I sat in that room until about 9:15 before anyone came in. Everyone is always nice but they are constantly apologetic about waits. I went through my exam then went out front to get fitted for glasses. At that point I waited close to 30 mins to see the glasses department. All in all once finished I walked out at 10:45, 2 and a half hours after arrival.
I went and got a routine eye exam and contact fitting. Staff were all kind. Qorth noting that I did leave with a head ache though from all the screen test. After trying my contacts I felt the prescription wasn't correct. I was not able to make it back in there 6 week window. When I called I was told they wouldn't be able to check on my prescription error since it's outside the window. I asked if they could have an aception as I was truly unable to come in for medical reasons. I was told I would have to pay to start over and ... read more
Very nice and professional staff. They have quite a bit of equipment to measure different aspects of your eyes. I highly recommend.
Employees are always so kind and really get the job done. I like the concerns they have for their pateints. I recommend this place to anyone.
