While the doctor is amazing, the receptionist is abysmal. What’s worse is that’s his wife. She’s not going anywhere and yet she should stay very far away from this business. She does not know how to treat customers or her own employees. As someone who worked for her years ago, she was traumatizing. The most condescending and unprofessional manager I’ve ever had. Dr. Gerard, for the sake of your practice fire your wife.
