I was in Laredo on a business trip from San Antonio. I looked for a clinic near my hotel and found several but this one had the best reviews. I was able to see why once I went in to get checked out. The intake receptionists were courteous. The Dr or PA that saw me was also very courteous, took the time to hear my concerns and questions and after examination suggested testing for my symptoms that came back positive for what she suspected. Took my babyboy to get treated and the provider Ms.Cardenas and staff was amazing! 100% reccomend this urgent care was clean and the kids room was so cute.
This provider does not answer their phone I have been attempting to call the office for the last two days and have not received a response nor an option to leave a voicemail. This provider is not responsive and makes it dificult to collect the patients records.
I took my husband because he hurt his knee, which turned out to be a fracture. Not only was it fast they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not only that, they scheduled an appointment a with the orthopedic doctor for Monday.We received excellent care with compassion.
