Absolutely horrible. I went in for a DOT physical. I was told the physician who was certified to perform the physical was there that day, but he was not. The medical assistants did the medical screening and checked my blood pressure with an automatic machine. The reading came up high. After a lengthy wait, a NON-DOT CERTIFIED physician stumbled into the room and said the blood pressure is high, take a prescription medication for a few days, then come back the following week to have it rechecked. No bed side manner what so ever there, staff was so unorganized and unprofessional and were arguing among themselves cause the doctor was telling a staff member to get a certain IV started on a patient and eventually grabbed it himself and it was a needle (syringe) not an IV. So the staff member was all angry at the doctor for calling it an IV witch is understandable. So it took no lie 1 and a half hours to be seen. FIND ANOTHER URGENT CARE! I WILL NEVER Doctors were nice enough, but their billing and administration is a complete DISASTER. I will advise all of my PA family and friends from ever visiting any of their offices. While visiting my in-laws in Blue Bell, I brought two sick kids to their office. SCAM! RIP OFF! Do not go here! This doctor is a rip off. He advertised school sports physicals for $25. I talked with him to make sure he would not bill insurance and the total bill for the sports physical would be $25. He first acted like he could not speak english (he is indian) and after asking him 3 separate times, he suddenly became better at speaking english and guaranteed the physical would cost only $25 and my insurance would not be billed for anything. I couldn't help but read "JustGoogleIt's " ridiculous commentary, and I have been going to AUC Montgomeryville since they opened. Drs. E and C as I will affectionately call them are the nicest doctors. They treated me with respect even though I am a big baby. Everytime I go there, I am seen promptly. I have received injections there, and they use a cold spray so that you don't even feel. I was treated for an ankle sprain, and the doc put an aircast on me after giving me a local injection. this is the perfect place to go, when you dont want to wait long in the ER. let me tell you the first time i walked in i was greeted with a warm smile. the front desk was very polite. they answered my questions very respectfull. the Doctor was great he was very caring . I so recommend this clinic to everyone...
from the phone call inquiring hours and fees ...to the time we walked out the door... nothing but caring, professional people.. would highly recommend to anyone needing quality care at a decent cost...GREAT JOB!
