we're really happy with the service. we had a broken garage door spring and managed to get the door open to get our cars out, but read online that trying anything else would be risky. after calling a few places who couldn't send anyone until the next day, leaving our garage wide open all night, advanced tech garage service answered right away and connor came out the same afternoon. we'll use them for anything we need for our garage doors from now on.
I woke up today to find my garage door wouldn’t close after I opened it. I called Advanced Tech Garage Service, and they said someone could come out later that morning. I received text updates about the technician’s arrival, and they showed up right on time. The repair was done quickly at a fair price, and now my garage door works better than ever. Jason, the technician, was friendly and turned what could have been a stressful day into a great experience.
Not too impressed. First thing ... the technician (I don't know his name, but his English needs improvement) ... pressured me into buying a Lift Master opener, (the kind his company sells), and clearly did not want to install the one I had purchased online. Later, the circuit breaker for the garage door openers tripped somehow. He said he didn't do anything, but he must have done something otherwise they would not have tripped. Advanced Tech Garage Service is a truly exceptional provider. From the way they handle customers to the actual garage door repair. My spouse and I were in a fix because I attempted to replace the wheels on our garage door. A piece of advice: avoid dismantling the bottom bracket. It can cause major problems.
