This place is great as a surgery center but BEWARE that their outsourced billing company SUCKS. I had surgery 4/9/25 and overpaid by $800. I am STILL waiting for that money, seven months later. I have had to enlist Cigna to speak on my behalf for this refund, and even their representatives agree that this outsourced billing agency is HORRIBLE.

I just had a right total knee arthroplasty with Dr Reino 10/3/25. My experience, from the time I was greeted at the reception desk through discharge, was incredible! The facility is extremely clean with a calm and warming environment. Best surgical experience ever!! The nurses were kind and caring, the anesthesiologist was hilarious (really put me at ease) and Dr Reino is top notch. If I need surgical services in the future I'll be returning here 100%. Thank you for this wonderful experience ❤️

I was so impressed with all the staff. They were very caring and worked so well together as a team. Noone wants to have surgery, but if you need it, Advanced surgical care of Viera is the place to go. From the front desk staff to the nursing staff, Dr. Palsis and Anesthesiologist Dr. Williams gave me the best care that I've ever experienced. As a nurse myself, I seen first hand how a well organized center was run. Top notch care and thanks to such a great crew.

The facility is very well run. The site is clean. The staff is wonderful and really work together well! The time management is excellent, no coming in too early to just sit and wait. Everyone is very friendly!
