I don't normally leave reviews but MAN I had to leave one here. First, the surgery went well, no issues, front desk gave clear and helpful instructions pre-surgery and what to expect. Now the issue, it took ONE HOUR AFTER our 1pm surgery appointment for my dad to get admitted. They said it'd take about 2 hours and then come back to pick him up. I had an excellent experience from intake to release. I arrived when I was told to, signed some forms and taken back in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was kind and knowledgeable. Everything about my procedure was clearly explained to me. I was put at ease and relaxed. The center itself was clean and neat. I am very picky about that kind of thing. Overall it went as well as it can when having surgery. I had my surgery on Friday. Today, Monday, they called me to see how I'm feeling. I wish others who have had a go... read more

The absolute worst medical facility I’ve ever been to. Aside from a meat locker temperature of this old lobby, it took them nearly three hours to get me in and ask questions in initial preparation for the surgery. I was asked by the only staff member to wear a mask, when hardly any of her colleagues were wearing one. Long story short, I was one of the very first patients there and ended being the last patient to have my surgery.
