I can probably say more than others and as you read you'll see why.. Met Dr. Courtney in 2021 for bad lumbar accident. First, every time you go, you carry your folder and they give you a gold star...great way to ensure you pay attention. Normally everyone ends with 7, but the record was 17 because it was detailed. I had surgery here in Dec to replace a disc in my neck. I was very worried pre op, but once I had met the staff, they completely put me at ease. My surgery was a complete success and the staff were first class. I woke after surgery in minimal pain and the previous agony I had been in had completely gone. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. I am forever grateful.
Dr. Stephen P Courtney was so easy to talk to and his whole staff is amazing. . They all listen to my questions and listen to my answers too. You don't get that everywhere. I really felt like I and my family mattered to them. The hospital care staff that took care after my surgery were great too.
The care I received in the hospital after my total knee was excellent all the nurses were so kind and understanding! I had the best care you can get while I was there and Dr. Stephen P. Courtney was also very kind and professional. If I ever have to get the other knee replaced I would go back to advanced spine center again.
Our experience with Dr. Stephen. P. Courtney was fantastic! He has an excellent bedside manner. Before the day of surgery, Dr. Courtney told us everything that would happen. Surgery went just as he said it would and the timeline was within 5 minutes of how long the procedure would take. Dr. Courtney made us feel entirely at ease with the entire process. He answered every question entirely, and in terms we understood.
