You never get through on the phone and when you do a person answers is very rude and when you ask them a question to ask your doctor, they act like they can’t talk to him for you
The two ladies at the front Desk didn't say good morning to me nor acknowledge me when I had arrived. They didn't have a smile on their faces and started talking about the situation of myself as I was walking away. If I wanted to be rude and get an attitude back I would've turned around. All I was trying to do was to check in, if I was at the wrong location that's what they should've said to me. Sometimes I do not know how to pronounce my doctor name.
