They're crooks. They were handling my mother's prescriptions when they changed computer billing systems. Suddenly we were charged an additional amount that was not on the previous billing statements. I asked for a detailed account summary many times and they never responded. When involved my mother's lawyer they sent a summary, but only from after they switched billing systems.
