I’ve been waiting a long, long time for this step flashing to be (re)done right. Mr. Butters keeps saying he will come fix it but he never does.
They may come out to inspect. But after that they disappear. Can’t get the lady to answer the phone, can’t get questions answered, had to hound her to get a quote, and she sent us pictures of someone else’s roof instead of ours. Just don’t. Total waste of time.
This guy is a total clown. I hired him to repair a roof, as all of my subs were busy. He came in tried to pretend my client was his and then tried to keep the money. I had to have my attorney contact him. Stay away.
