Terry at Advanced Roofing charged me $775.00 to fix a hole in my leaking roof in January 2015. Less than one year later it rained and the roof leaked. He came out and worked on it and less than one year later it leaked again during a rainstorm. He came out again but still did not fix it as the rain this January proved. He failed to return my phone calls afer this last and when I finally got him on the phone he said he has a one year warranty on his work, although he never actually fixed the leak to begin with.
