Best Rheumatologist, Dr. Reed has been one of the best doctors i have ever had. He listens, he is fast to act, and is just a kind man. I seriously pick my insurance company for him. He fights for his patients and that is hard to find these days.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reed for bout 3 years now. Dr. Reed was able to prescribe the correct medication regimen for my RA. I feel he listens to me and take my feelings in consideration. The front desk staff is usually very nice and personable. I usually do not have to wait. Although I think he could up his knowledge and provide more education with his visits, overall I am satisfied.

Beware - one star is being generous. The absolute worst care I've ever received from a physician. Dr. Reed, and his staff - in particular, Sharon the Office Manager, should not be trusted by anyone for healthcare. His advice is subpar, he is inept and ill-prepared for appointments, he doesn't follow up with his staff (who are unprofessional and uncaring behind their deceivingly nice smiles), and they keep awful accounting of health records. Still not sure about Dr Reed but be prepared to wait. Next visit I’ll have to pay my babysitter for a 4th hour whenever I have these appointments. Today I’ve been waiting more than 90 minutes to be seen. Edit: Dr Reed is better than most of the Rheumatologists I’ve seen in twenty years but he is old school.

4 times I have had my appointment canceled without notice. It takes me 45 minutes to get there. When I complained I was told, "Maybe I should take some time to decide if I want to reschedule"
