Front desk was very nice and helpful, also the doctor was very friendly and patient with my four month old daughter.
I’ve been going to Beverly Towers Imaging off and on for the last few years. Friendly, professional service with complimentary coffee and free parking with validation!
I had an ultrasound scheduled today for 8:00 am, they verified the time on Friday, I got there at 7:45 and after waiting for 15 min I checked in, only to be told it was @ 9:00, the woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive, she had nothing to say so I asked her would they wait for me if I was 30+ minutes late, to make matters worse I wasn’t seen until 9:30. The front desk with two particular receptionists are rude and dismissive, to that I say if you don’t like your job quit and let someone else have it that is better ... read more
