Ok so in the last 6 months at UCLA I’ve had four MRIs 3 CT scans 2 spinal taps and a partridge in a pear tree. Ok kidding about the partridge - that was actually a cerebro-angiogram. I also had a colonoscopy and mammogram. Without a doubt my PET scan at Beverly tower was by far the most pleasant procedure of ALL of them! It was super comfortable. Front desk is always disorganized. Found the people very nice but they need a better system. Too long a wait. Losing my paperwork. Seemed like the lead person knew what she was doing but everyone else seems lost. This is not the first time. Thankfully, the technicians have always been good.
Very clean, very efficient and very helpful, polite staff.
Excellent! Kind, helpful, very professional staff. I had an MRI. It took an hour and 20 minutes from the time I walked in.
