Great experience, beautiful location, on time and the people are lovely and efficient, if you have to have a scan this is a good place to do it, late hours too and Saturday hours patient centered schedule options.
Went in for an MRI scan (Made an appt), and was immediately greeted and taken care of. Once in, I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful man that made my experience even better. It was my first time getting an MRI, and the gentlemen was very patient and had no problem taking me through all the steps and making me feel comfortable. In and out! Definitely recommend this business!!
All the employees are nice and helpful. I had a nice experience at the Beverly tower Wilshire advanced imaging center.
Initially, there was a fairly long wait time (30 minutes) before I met with the MRI technician but once he became involved, the process went quite smoothly. The technician was proficient, sensitive and calming.
