I have been working with Dr Simon Wilksch for 18 months now and have found the experience gentle, kind and different to what I have experienced over the years with other psychologists. This practice is at the cutting edge of research, but also Simon has acknowledge the many ways in which I turn to supports with an open heart.

I’ve heard the practitioners are great but was disgusted in the way the front of house staff treated me over the phone when inquiring about becoming a patient so I ended up hanging up. “Aimee” could not have been ruder or more condescending when answering the few basic questions I had about billing etc. Considering this is a psychology practice I was very surprised at the lack of empathy, communication and compassion shown by the staff.
