I’ve heard the practitioners are great but was disgusted in the way the front of house staff treated me over the phone when inquiring about becoming a patient so I ended up hanging up. “Aimee” could not have been ruder or more condescending when answering the few basic questions I had about billing etc. Considering this is a psychology practice I was very surprised at the lack of empathy, communication and compassion shown by the staff.
Absolutely fantastic we have this service in Adelaide. Dr Rachel Andrew has been crucial in helping my daughter with her ED, can't thank her enough xx
