I switched to this practice because they were in-network with my insurance, hoping for a smoother experience than paying out of pocket elsewhere. Unfortunately, it has been anything but smooth. I was scheduled with someone that was not empathetic. now i am being harassed by their call center and i am being scheduled appointments that i did not request. I've cancelled appointments but they keep coming on my calendar. I will be reporting them to my insurance and the board if needed.
They are really good! It's my first time getting meds and they are so careful and attentive. I feel safe with my therapists.
