Unprofessional, zoom call with a nurse practitioner with waving palm trees background.. Told my 14 year old daughter after talking with us for 30 minutes that she was borderline personality disorder, which is actually something that is not supposed to be diagnosed until they are 18, and certainly not after talking to her for 30 minutes. Recommended a drug that I have never heard of for depression(and I work in the industry). The appointment actually set her back in her mental health.
I have been having phone sessions with Sally M and her assistant Ethan for some time now, and the service I receive every time has been excellent. I feel very heard, respected and well cared for.
