I couldn’t have found a worse company to contact. After days of 6-8 phone calls from your company, harassing me to make appointments, your doctors refusing to diagnose or test me and continuously rescheduling and repeatedly billing me, to keeping my card information on file and calling me to intimidate me with my card information to get me to pay… this company is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
The staff that answers the phones are very nice, and personable, and my Doctor is excellent, professional and kind. But beware of billing. I’ve seen negative reviews warning about them, so I called and asked for them to send me a billing receipt to my email( I asked because of the other problems I have seen that others have had with billing, in the reviews) , I never received the email.
This place is a joke. They charged my insurance for my medicine even before my first intake, which was a month+ down the road. I called many MANY times only to be reassured they'd be back to me in 15 minutes; not once did that ever happen. I finally walked into the place, and it looked as I feared, a treatment mill. Listen, try to find some other place, I could tell from their employees they didn't wanna be there either. Read the complaints against them w Better Business Bureau, That will definitely change your mind!
I gave them a list of all the medications I was taking made me get a referral for care, got my referral approved then they scheduled my follow up apt. Waited two weeks and drove 1 hr just so they can tell me that I’m actually not approved because of a medication that I’m taking
