Called Sunday evening and Travis was here about 9:30 am Monday morning. I have to say that Travis was very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with Advanced Plumbing and would highly recommend anyone to call, I would suggest asking for Travis. Also the price was much better than most other places.
Advanced Plumbing has been very helpful and supportive with a recurring grinder pump issue. They are as concerned as I am to get to the root of the problem and find a permanent solution. They have been super courteous and accommodating!!

Larry did a great job. It took him no time to find our problem and take care of it. We would say he was one of the finest plumbers we have ever dealt with. We hope not to have anymore problems, but if we do LARRY IS OUR MAN FOR THE JOB.
This is the third or fourth time I have used Advanced Plumbing and I have always been satisfied with their work. Travis did an outstanding job replacing my mother's outdoor faucet. Travis was professional, courteous and took the time to explain the fixture he was going to use vs what previously failed, including the new one year warranty. Did I mention this was same day service! I called around 11am and Travis arrived by 1:30pm. You can't beat that!
We contacted Adavanced plumbing to do the work for a basement bathroom. They were quick to come and do the estimate and it was a lot less than we expected. The work was done quickly and everyone was very professional. I've known Travis for 20+ years and it made me relieved to have him do the work. I highly recommend this company and wont have anyone else do my plumbing work!!

The technician who came to my home, Larry, did a fine job. I had no qualms with his work. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, his services cost $192.85 an hour. Rather exorbitant, don't you think? The original estimate was $1,375 for what was supposed to originally take several more hours' work. So in good faith I paid the $1,375 to Larry and then immediately contacted the office questioning my bill. I was then contacted by Bob, the estimator, who was "willing to adjust to a fair price." It’s always the customers decision to move forward with the work at the price quoted or get another price. I like these guys, I've used them a few times and they always do good work and explain what they are doing and why. They treat you with respect and clean up after themselves. Good crew.
The experience with Advance Plumbing systems was great!!! They were always keeping me in the loop as to when they could work on the water connection from the road to our house for the Town of Shelby City water. There was so much snow this spring. Each time it snowed the schedule kept getting pushed back. Bob would always call me with an update. They did get the job done in 2 days. I had some questions after the job was done and Bob was a big help getting my issues cleared up promptly. Thanks again Bob!!!!
