Bob has great customer service and replays back to you no matter what time of day. They usually come same day which is great! Unfortunately even with this said I will not be returning for any more plumbing issues. Some of his technitions have had to come back numerous times as it was not done tight or finished the first time correctly. This has been done for free but is more of a hassle for both of us. Both Steve and David were very friendly! Steve figures out the problem, and although he had a job already booked for the next time, he had David come and finish the job! The job was done very quickly! I would highly recommend!

When you brought your equipment into my house you did not adequately protect my flooring. when I first saw the spots it appeared to be spilled milk. I thought maybe a child had spilled their drink. While attempting to clean it I realized a very strong cleaner had been dripped onto my carpet. The rug is a polyester blend, bleach solutions will not discolor it.
