This is pound for pound the best urgent care in the area. Prices are fair and the staff is excellent. I've been to a lot of urgent cares in the area and this is my favorite. If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be greeting patients and giving them a little more attention when they walk in. Other than that, five stars all day.
Place is horribly ran and staff and manager are not competent. Had a scheduled appt for 1 and I wasn’t seen til 1:45, then it took another 30 minutes for a dr to see me in the room. I would pick a different urgent care if I wanted to be seen by a professional staff. After I asked about the service I received attitude. Please save yourself the trouble of going to this place.
They r good helping people
They whouldn't let me see a Dr. I had my driver's license I forgot my Ins. ID. I had to go to the emergency room. They were not happy about that.
