Helped out but the hubby could not do injection so just meds for pain
Don't get me wrong...they are extremely goo but waiting for almost two hours...wished they would have called... could have come later. I used to work for a Dr. If he was more than 1/2 hour late I called the patient. They were given the choice of coming in later or another day
I have been a patient of APMSS since 2004 for chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and lumbar and cervical disc disease and have been more than happy with the care I have received. The staff is courteous and friendly at all times. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be taken back and then maybe 5 minutes to see the ARNP or Doctor. I highly recommend APMSS to anyone unfortunate to have pain.
Have yet to be seen on time (appt. time) Yesterday had an appt @ 9:20 - waited for an hour to be called back. Once there another 20 minutes in the room. I had to go out to the desk and asked how much longer? The assistant finally comes in all huffy and shows me her chart on people that she's seen and says cut me some slack? She gives me my 2 scripts and gone - 5 minutes!! It is an hour + drive for me. I left at 7:50 to be there on time and was 10 minutes early!
