RecommendedHands down the Best Pain Dr. in the Rockford area. Dr. Roche cares enough to listen to what is going on and works with you to find a solution that is Best for you. He is also terrific with procedures. Minimal if any pain.

I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Dr Rosche and his staff!!! He is a Dr that genuinely cares about his patients!! He went above and beyond to help me when I had never seen him before, this was my first time!!! He treated me as if I had been seeing him forever! He made himself available on the weekend, knowing I was in such extreme pain!! Not something most Drs would do!! Today I am pain free!!! Ty Dr Rosche for all that you did!!
Excellent everything is excellent!! From Dr Rosche to his staff. I’m pain free. Last week l could barely use my left leg walked out feeling a 1000% better, as always. Never disappointed. Don’t be a Dr’s trial run on methods. This clinic will take the best care of you.
Doctor Rosche is very kind, knowledgeable and uses an X-ray to locate the right place to introduce your meds in your spine. All the nurses are super too. When you hurt, you need a doc with experience and compassion. He’s wonderful! No covered parking but plenty of handicap spots available

Dr. Rosche diagnosed and treated me today. He was caring and explained and educated me as we treated my hip and back. He was better than I could have asked for. From the time I walked in the door the staff treated me and my pain as if I was the most important person there. Thank you.
I had a fabulous experience with Dr Rosche! Very knowledgeable and caring, made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves and his staff was amazing too. I was in a lot of pain when I went in, he took a lot of time discussing all my options and long-term care, after the injection I could feel relief instantly. 24 hours later, I am walking without pain, that’s a first in a long time!
