The nurses, doctor and people working there have a great customer service.
Literally EVERY time I come here for an appointment, they are WAY behind schedule. It takes nearly an hour in the waiting room and when you finally get called, you wait another 45-60 minutes to actually see the damn doctor. Once, ok, I get it. THREE times? Not ok. Won't be going back. The lady at the front desk is really nice though. :) I hate that she has to be the one to deal with my frustration.
I would give them 5, but they were running over an hour late. Nice people and the doctor was very professional.
Good and friendly doctor like Dr Lue is excellent. Great office staff too.
