my daughter was referred to Dr Dart for an evaluation , the paperwork has been faxed to their office three times, still after over a month, they yet to schedule her in for an appointment..... today when I called them, instead of an appointment time for the doctor to see her, I got 20 questions, still no appointment!!!! My son and wife see doctors at that office.
Our experience was great. We are very thankful God led us to this place. Our sons injury proved to be more serious than first thought, surgery was successful. Dr. Dart & the entire staff has been very pleasant to work with.
Dr. Pappademos and Jamie are awesome! I am extremely pleased with my total knee replacement and will definitely be returning if I need my other knee replaced. Initially, they both took plenty of time with me to explain my options and we decided on surgery together. All my questions were fully answered before and after surgery and my pain after surgery was managed. Thank you Dr. Pappademos and Jamie!!
I had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago. Dr. Shepard is the doctor for me. He knows his stuff and has the PA and staff to take care of you. My next knee is being done by Dr. Shepard when I can schedule to get away from work. Thank you AOA!!!
The receptionist and nurse that I came in contact with were the best part of my visits here, but all other aspects were poor. I did not feel like my issue was valued or important to the doctor that I saw. I felt very defeated after my visits here, and after spending over $800 of copays and services my issue is still not resolved. The doctor gave me no clarity of my situation unless I asked detailed questions about what to expect. I will not be going back, nor would I recommend this company to my friends and family. Dr Hearon and his staff were awesome! Genuinely kind and caring.
Saying we are unhappy with our care by Dr. Pollock is an understatement. His bedside manner is appalling, his pain management for our two year old son was non existent, and he incorrectly placed our son's femur fracture and he now needs surgery two weeks after his initial fracture (we were told he would not need surgery initially, just the spica cast).
