My wait time was very minimal. They were very nice, quick, informative and Dr. Fanning was amazing! Had a great experience!
I've seen a couple doctors here for my shoulder and knees. Dr Pappedamos, Jamie his PA, his staff are very, very personable. I really like this doctor and for what he's done for me and my knee. Totally recommend him!!
I gotta say we've been going to Dr.Klaumann and Kristin for 3 months now, and we have been very very pleased. We had to drive to Wichita every Monday for 10 week's, and surgery this morning .We were impressed with the service, the handling of our granddaughters surgery, all the staff, and very friendly atmosphere being she's only 6 months. So thank you doctors for caring so much. What patients look for! Keep up the good work..Thank you all the way from Ulysses, KS!
We're in the middle of club feet treatment with our 3-month old baby girl. We're not only very pleased with the medical care our daughter is receiving, but the character and "bedside manner" of the staff is beyond awesome! Thanks, Dr. Klaumann, Kristin & Jeff for going WAY out of your way to not just treat Vivien, but always having a smile for us when we come in.
Everyone was nice but the doctor wouldn't do surgery because I'm a diabetic. I've had surgeries before since becoming a diabetic.....My A1C is 6.1 and my diabetes is more than under control.
Having dealt with pain and uncertainty of getting things fixed, Dr Lucas and his whole team ...from reception to radiology to nurses, PA and Dr himself...at AOA has been absoulty wonderful! They have been professional as well as down to earth caring about me as a person and a patient. No stone was left unturned from the moment I first walked into their offices to the last appt walking out. Dr Morris is the best!!! We got the run around till we met him!! After two years we got answers for our daughter!! He took care of her wrist! Stopped the pain!! So thankful for him!!
Felt belittled and like cattle being run through a process. I don't even want to go back at to finish treatment. Left in tears. Very rude and arrogant. They make me feel like I don't really matter. I am a 51 year old woman with lupus and have found this go round I am still in a lot of pain which was addressed with what I feel was a deaf ear. They make me feel insignificant and dumb.
Dr. Prohaska and staff are absolutely amazing. He was very informative during our visit in the clinic with treatment options and was aggressive in fixing my problem. Very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Thanks for taking extra great care of me!
