My mom had her knee replacement done by Dr foglar 5 years ago at age of 77. She was on wheel chair due to her knee pain. Right now she is hiking with me in the mountains. She bikes and swims everyday. The knee is as good as new! We are beyond grateful! Thanks Doctor!

Office staff is rude and takes their own precious time doing things. Had to wait an hour before I even made it into the room. Doctor non-personal, rushed and tells you he "has to do thing's" . Not my idea of a doctor!!!
