Dental surgeon was very informative and procedure was well explained. Overall my mum had a pleasant experience.
I liked the doctor who did our sons surgery but leading up to it his mum was upset because of run around with a lady.now she is not allowed to contact this place as some receptionist got InTouch with a famous dentist. nothing but problems. our son has no new dentist yet as dentist who works here didn't help . my son's mum can't get records. she had trouble trusting people but why are these people so disorganised. shouldn't take lawyers to get records.
My initial experience with Dr Andrew Cheng was excellent .. he has a lovely bright personality and I felt very safe in his care.. however the follow-up appointments sadly fell short. I think that he has got too busy and on the last few visits I did not feel valued, the service received from his support staff was disappointing.. last visit, stating what a busy man he is, presuming my wait of over an hour meant nothing .. the long delay not only for myself but for also for a very unwell lady waiting with me after having seriou... read more
Fantastic team, nurses are super friendly and my day surgery went seamlessly. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of their services.
Amazing service and care for my husband's ongoing issues following terrible from the public system. Dr Hearn was incredible, and Dr Cheng has been extremely helpful, caring, diligent and overall amazing. His assistant Steph has also been incredibly helpful and caring.
