I first had the privilege of meeting Dr. Cheng while on holiday in Adelaide when I required emergency dental treatment. In spite of his busy schedule he was able to fit me in early into his clinic the next day, a few hours before my flight. He has excellent bedside manner and is very skilled at what he does. I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment following an extremely distressing experience I had this afternoon during a visit with Dr. Brenton Hearn. I came in to have stitches removed from a wound located on my tongue. Shockingly, the procedure was carried out without any local anesthesia. I went for a check up and what came out of it was my mercury fillings were leaking. So another 3 visits. Dr Kiran Ramson was so welcoming, professional, patient and explained everything each visit before proceeding and after care. Dental assistants were very welcoming as well. Highly recommend Dr Kiran.

Overall I had a great experience at Advanced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The lead up to my wisdom teeth removal was informative and very helpful with the entire team very positive and supportive. The reasons it is not five stars is the anesthetist had some trouble finding my vain which led to me bleeding quite a bit but the rest of the staff were great at cleaning the space and still making me feel calm and comfortable.
