Been coming here for years. Very thorough. Gray people and service.
When searching for an eye doctor for my daughter I was kind of at a loss as to who to choose. I came across dr. Kramer's office and decided to go with him since it was the same name as the doctor I had as a child. To my surprise he was the same doctor. He was an outstanding doctor then and he still is today so very glad I got to reconnect with with his office.
I saw Dr Martinez this week and she is great! Of course I love Dr Kramer and have been going there for years. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because of the unknown staff person who sent the nasty note tucked into my bill for a missed appointment. I have no problem paying the fee, that is not the issue. I was scolded for causing staff inconvenience. I have been going to Advanced Optometrics for 20 years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience! My daughter and I saw Dr. Martinez for the 1st time last week, and she went above and beyond to address my concerns about the hereditary eye disease that runs in my family.
