25 years with the office, 2 c-sections 2 high risk pregnancies, a hysteromocy and so much more in between... my two daughters also now are patients here as well... everyone is amazing, caring, thoughtful
Staff that ACTUALLY cares about you and baby. I will forever be grateful to advance for paving the way on how women should actually be treated with their OBGYN care. Having been through almost every doctor in the Syracuse area and experiencing many complications with pregnancy/postpartum, I can confidently say they are the best choice. Incompetent office manager interceded my calls every time I called for tests results after my visit . They had an answering service for 3 weeks taking calls to date. 3/13/2026. You hold after the service picks up and have to leave a message. I left clear messages and specific tests result request and asked for a nurse or PA to give me my results . The manager who has no medical experience would call and repeat my message I left to them instead of my results . It was bizzare. She kept saying my results weren’t back from a lab... read more
The best!!! I just switched over to this OB office during my pregnancy last year. The entire team has been amazing through out my entire pregnancy. Very helpful, supportive, and informative. We had to be rushed for an emergency c section 3 weeks early which Dr Jenn walked us through and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Loved every moment at Advanced and during my birth! Thank you Jenn, Jan and team!!! Our family is so thankful for you!
