Trying to set up an appointment for my mother with one of the physicians from this group after her pcp referral. She had an abnormal brain ct scan which I explained to the staff member and her response was that they do not see patients for brain issues, they only see patients for spinal cord issues and I needed to see a neurologist. This is the worst doctors office I have ever encountered. From the arrogant Dr. Burner (completely pompous and egotistical) to the office staff. Ana, the so called office manager, requests an email and then can't follow-up. I stopped reaching out after 7 emails asking her to respond. Ana was by far the rudest person that works in the office. I started having numbness in both arms and extreme weakness on the left side. I went to see Dr Bruner, he said I could try physical therapy but that it was unlikely to help, but no harm to try. I tried and no help. He did surgery on c3 through c7. Since then no more numbness or pain, my strength is returning to my left side. Both he and his PA have always answered all my questions, and gave me options on what they could actually do. I went in to see Dr. Bruner as a second opinion. It was the best thing I did.I wasted 6 months with another doctor and walked in there and Dr.Bruner did my surgery. I am so happy with my decision and would recommend anyone with spine problems to go see him. I have been pain free since he did the anterior cervical disk fusion on my neck. Dr Bruner is amazing.
