Always kind even when busy, could not be more great full
Peyton was great. There were a lot of appointments today but she took the time to be very compassionate with me and let me know that She will get me in for my test as soon as she was able. I like how she took the time to reassure me and to let me know what was happening and overall she was very compassionate and her customer service was great. I love Dr. Tung and I love the staff is very nice and patient friendly!
Today I took my sister in for a follow up appointment. The receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. I felt like she’s not considerate of my sisters needs. When I told her she should be considerate of the patient she told me that wasn’t her problem. I’m am left in disbelief of how she responded to me and my sisters needs. Overall we love Dr. Tung but they really needs to get some friendly people at the front desk that’s caring, of their patients and their patients needs.
