Awesome service – I needed my laptop fixed right away because I had important files on there for a meeting. They gave me a free diagnostic and informed me that the hard drive died. They then recovered the files onto a new hard drive and got Windows running. I am very grateful!
Up and running in an hour – My Outlook wasn't working.Their tech came to my downtown office and fixed it.They also helped to share files better between our computers. The tech guy sent was professional and courtious.
Top notch techs – I needed a backup of my files since my laptop screen wouldn't turn on. These techs did it within an hours time and I was back to work again. They even showed me how to use the files on my Mac. Great, fast and affordable service!
Look no further for IT suppport – Our company server was down and Advanced got it up and running. They set up the workstations to access the server files, configured emails, antivirus, etc. all within hours in the same day. I couldn't ask for better service at such a great price as well.
