Care about their customers – A very trustworthy place. I was told that they would take a look at my dead computer and give a cost of repair prior to doing the work. When it turned out to be a bad motherboard, they recommended against the high cost of replacing it to just back up the files. I was really pleasantly surprised with this recommendation. Guaranteed satisfaction – I first called them to resolve a server issue where all of the workstations would freeze.They came in and fixed the issue right away and now we use them for periodic maintenance to make sure all is well. Very comforting and professional!

Life savers – My desktop crashed at 8 a.m in the morning, and all my work was due 5 pm. I had a tech here at 10 am. He picked up my desktop and in 3 hours I had it back. Everything was up and running. All my info was back. I cant believe how fast and how affordable. I recommend to anyone. These will be my tech guys from now on..
