Worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. All they did was argue and blame us for their faucet not working. 2 of our suppliers are currently trying to get them to warranty their products for other plumbers, not us…..and they tell us all this company does is argue that their faucets are not the problem! It must be all the plumbers. This is the first and most definitely last time using this manufacturer. Over priced fixtures that they can’t even back up! Plumbers out there……stick to the brands you know and trust. FYI……I h... read more
