Dr. Dovashi, IS GREAT !!!!!! BUT THE OFFICE SUCKS THEY ARE ALL OUT FROM AN OUTSOURCED COMPANY (in a diffrent country) AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THERE DOING!!!!! I've been waiting to get my refill, and I've been without my Toujeo insulin for 3 weeks. The Pharmacy is still saying they haven't received the prior authorization and your girls in the office say they sent it, but my Pharmacy is swearing they never got it. This place is horrible. They lost my medical records. Which I believe is a HIPAA violation. I was going to this clinic for 13 years and my physician was Dr. Bailey. The service was excellent until the last few years. Evertime after seeing my doctor after my scheduled appt, they never would send my refills to the specialty pharmacy. I would call and would never receive a return call. There were occasions I would go for weeks without my refill for my meds. Been with them for quite a while, usually no issues, however, within the last two days they’re unable to answer phones and either of their locations due to, apparently too many phone calls, etc., etc. from patients leave messages on porthole no answers, especially with extremely high blood sugar… Also concerned I was switched to Dr Bailey, whom I’ve never met after my primary left the office. I never even received a phone call that Dr Baily was my new Doctor.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolute horrible in every possible way. Unfortunately insurance gives referrals to this place and patients get stuck. Calling insurance again to see if I can get another referral.
