Been with them for quite a while, usually no issues, however, within the last two days they’re unable to answer phones and either of their locations due to, apparently too many phone calls, etc., etc. from patients leave messages on porthole no answers, especially with extremely high blood sugar… Also concerned I was switched to Dr Bailey, whom I’ve never met after my primary left the office. I never even received a phone call that Dr Baily was my new Doctor.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolute horrible in every possible way. Unfortunately insurance gives referrals to this place and patients get stuck. Calling insurance again to see if I can get another referral.
Horrible. No one ever answers the phone…ever. And no one ever returns your messages…ever. The lady who answers the phone clearly works from home. Always background noises from kids or whatever. She canceled my appointment without telling me. The worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else.
I've been attempting to make an appointment since October'24 no returned calls to weekly voice messages or appointment requests on their website. This seems to be the norm based off other reviews posted.
The in office was fine, but trying to call for any type of information is the worst. I've called 5 times in the past 3 weeks and left messages and no one returns a call. Very disappointing!
