First of all you people need to answer your phones. get rid of the roaches at sunset terrace apartments. I have been here for 8 yrs and you people put a bunch of lazy people in the office who are as inept as they come! And maintainance who only swept in front of my apartment after I complained barely work. You keep going up on the rent but make no improvements to my apartment. Almost 3 years living at an AMG property. Never once late, no blemishes on my record. AMG just charged me twice for March's rent, overdrafting my bank account. The property I am staying at (Koval Lane Apartments) has no sign of a manager ever here. No one will return emails or phone calls. Called corporate and was rudely told that there was no one who could help me and said I needed to contact the property manager. Been here 3 months. Was robbed. Just robbed again. Was told by neighbors I need to stop ordering stuff because people are going to keep robbing me. Someone tried to open my door while I should have been sleeping but thankfully was not. In fear of my actual life I moved my mother and brother in. Took a $20 uber to main office and sat for more than a half hour just to be told nobody could speak with me. I stated how I have no problem paying extra fee's or anything like that to have my family here with me to make me feel safe. ... read more
Either move the mailboxes so I do not have to beg for my mail, allow parcel deliveries at my door, AND/OR FIND A MANAGER TO COME IN AND DO HIS JOB!!!!!
For starters someone running the property. We haven't had a manager on site in weeks. Office has remained locked holding all my mail including checks and work orders hostage. They don't respond to phone calls or email. Front gate has also been broke for a week which resulted in my moped being stolen. I'm scared my electric is going to get cut off because I feel abandoned as a tenant. If I don't get my mail today I am pursing LEGAL ACTION
