I was coming down with a chest and head cold last week so I called the office and was given an immediate appointment. After being shown into an exam room, Dr. Karcz came in within just a minute or two. She was so friendly and professional and listened as I described my symptoms. She did an exam and explained thoroughly what I had and prescribed medication. I am now on the mend and so appreciative of Dr. Karcz's knowledge and would highly recommend anyone to her care.
I’ve been going to Julee for almost 10 years ... I’ve never had to wait like I have done in other Dr offices. Julee spends quality time with me and listens to what’s going on with me as a person as well as a patient- She was most encouraging of my efforts to recreate my life after my husband passed. I feel Very confident with Julee managing my care - including referring me to an asthma specialist when she felt it best.

I've been working with Katelyn for several years and always found her to be a dedicated and excellent PA. After a serious injury last year, I relied on her clinical skills, but it's her listening that I appreciate the most. She listens critically, gives it some thought and always has some good replies. Even when I have the most esoteric questions about medicine, Katelyn takes the time to give a thoughtful response. She's also very positive, proactive and simply top-notch

There are not enough great things to say about Dr. Li & his Associates. Dr. Li is very informative and so accommodating! Tayleur is phenomenal, makes things easier for me as a patient because of her efficiency!
