In and out quickly
Horrible experience! I just had a chest xray done and I've never felt so rushed in my life! Lady taking my xray asked me to hold the xray did not even check if I was positioned properly. Told me to take a deep breath and did not even give me a chance to hold my breath! Mind you there were 3 staff members in the room and all they were doing was chatting. I have been a patient of. Sentara for decades and have been to the imaging center for mammogram and such but this is the first time I've ever had bad customer service.
Sentara Advanced Imaging Center on Independence Blvd. is amazing. I am terrified of MRI'S but my experience here may change all that. I was taken in quickly as I had checked in online. Summer and Nathan were awesome. The injection of contrast was painless, and I listened to Classic Rock while the machine did its work! Any more MRI's? I'm going back there!!! First time here, and it was a great experience! Madison and Princess were awesome and very caring and personable! 😊👍
I am a wheelchair bound patient. I went in for an MRI of my knee. I brought my sliding board with me because I have a power chair. My technician's name was Rachel, who was absolutely amazing.She and her colleague carefully assisted me on my transfers throughout the process, for which I am truly grateful. I was made to feel comfortable from the initial intake through to the end. I would highly recommend SAIC for others with my challenge.
