I want to say thank you to the doctors and all the nurses that helped my husband Bryan Botting after his bilateral hernia surgery. We really appreciated all you did for us! Great people to be around whether your sick or not! You made us as comfortable as possible in a yucky situation and we could be not more grateful! God bless you guys! <3
For the last 3 days I have been having a lot of pain due to my IUD I cannot get in to see my regular doctor for 5 more days so I go to Community Medical Emergency Room the first thing I asked them was if they could get my IUD out they said yes no problem admitted me then instead of paying attention to my IUD they did blood work they didn't ultrasound they did a cat-scan and after all of that and four and a half hours of wasted time they told me they could not take my IUD out and sent me home still in pain I'm very disappoint... read more
The ER staff is beyond messed up!!!!! Their priorities are Screwed!!! To leave a 3 year old with numbing gel on his head injury for an hour while you do shift change and whatever else... Not caring for my child... They have time to twist things around like asking for a walkout statement and turning it into me refusing to leave... And calling the cops on me REALLY... DO YOUR JOBS!!!!!! Cop callers.... BS!!! You are suppose to be professionals and that is not!!!! It is childish!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! After 17 years of care ... read more
They are awful about billing the right insurance. I've given people there over the phone my insurance 5+ times, and even went in there to change it. Still keep getting massive bills from them and even ones that almost go to collections because they won't do their job.
Hailey and emily were wonderful nurses and Dr. Burke in not only a great doctor, but an amazing surgeon. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me.
I came in on Thursday with terrible pain had to have surgery so I'm on the second floor with the most wonderful nurses, Emily and Haeli you gals rock at your job I've never felt so comfortable and at home like I have here God bless you all. Thanks
I'm so impressed by this place. I love the people that work there and it's amazing the things they are capable of doing all at one location.
The billing at CMC is so poor I have put a note in my vehicles and wallet if I am injured DO NOT TAKE ME TO COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTER. I have requested to speak with someone higher up in billing and apparently there is no such person. Nice to know no one is in charge, that way no one is accountable for ineptness. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I recommend if you are having a similar experience you do the same.
I and a TLH January 6th 2016. Dr Burke is a very skilled amazing surgeon. He is very caring and goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. My nurse Brandi was incredible! She totally put my mind at ease. Dr Gordon Gray did an outstanding job with anesthesia. First time I did not get sick. You guys are great! Keep up the good work!
