I went to the ER on Thanksgiving day with chest pains. Come to find out I had a 99% blockage in my heart. The staff and doctors got on it right away. Had surgery requiring a stint. Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I was released the social services lady was very helpful to my situation. I would like to thank the lovely lady, I think her name was Virginia. I am doing better. God bless all of you.
Had my second surgery in two months there. The staff from check in, to pre-op and post op, & the OR were great. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Plus, the 20% discount on the bill is great. I live in Helena but THIS is where we come for care because we've been so happy with Community.
I was admitted to the hospital thru the ER, I went to 2nd floor, had the sweetest RN, Haile, she is so young and kind. She made my stay very enjoyable... I wanted her to come home with me! I even miss her! All the staff was wonderful, as always! Community all the way for me! Special thanks to Haile!
I like that you over charge people and when you try to resolve the issue your told by the person in the billing department that they will give you a call back after they find out what's going on they never call back after 4 tries of trying to get it fixed they send you to collections. That's neat.
I am completely and utterly discussed with your billing office. I don't know who thought it was smart to visit my sick dad in his hospital bed, who has Parkinson's and proceed to tell him that his stay is costing him $250 a day and that if he pays $1000 copay that he'll get a percentage off his hospital bill! They had NO business doing that while he's in the hospital. That should have only been discussed after his stay and with his wife! I am beside myself that this happened. SHAME ON YOU!! �
